Architectural Control Committee Procedures
At its August 16, 2010, meeting, the Association Board of Directors approved revisions to the procedures governing the submittal, review
and resolution of Home Owner improvement projects.  The new procedures are in both flow diagram and written forms.  They were
designed to supplement and guide compliance with the CC&Rs.  Click the links below to view each of these documents.

ASSOCIATION LANDSCAPING

The Association has contracted with Horizon's West Landscaping for the maintenance of the common areas of the
subdivision.  Horizon's West has provided a landscape map indicating the sequence of work to be done in the community.  If
you feel that an area needs more attention or if you spot a water leak or other problem, please notify the Community
Management Company Representative.  He/She will communicate your concerns to Horizon's West.

SDWE HOA Design Guidelines
On May 18, 2009, the Board of Directors adopted a rewritten and revised set of Architectural Control Design Guidelines to replace
