The Annual Meeting held in December included a Board election to replace two expiring Director's Seats. Bob Rice was
re-elected to the Board and Sarah Struthers, formerly the Chair of the Architectural Control Committee was also elected to
the Board. The Board will name a new Chair of the ACC at the January 19, 2009 Board Meeting.
In a 2009 Board Organizational Meeting Held in December, Bohnke was again elected President, Muszynski was again
elected VP, Rice was again elected Secretary, and Struthers was elected Treasurer. Ken Moyes remains a Director at
Large with no officer duties.
